Fisher’s Ghost Award Exhibition 2019
The artwork Glass Drawing XI will be on view alongside fellow photography finalists for the 2019 Fisher’s Ghost Award at Campbelltown Arts Centre from Saturday 26 October – Thursday 5 December.
About the photograph and series:
“I aimed to encapsulate the fluidity of hot glass via haphazard dribbles, then suspended the unconventional drawings and flooded them with coloured light. Now, they exist solely as photographs that evoke dream states and invite breathing space at a time when there is an abundance of distressing, grim news headlines.”
